Företag skall få göra direktavdrag av inventarier med inköpsvärde mindre än ett halvt basbelopp

Regeringen föreslår att företag ska få möjligheter att göra omedelbara avdrag för inventarier av mindre värde. Syftet är att göra det enklare att driva företag. Förslaget aviserades redan i budgetpropositionen för 2009, men lämnades idag på remiss till Lagrådet.

Förslaget innebär att alla företag direkt får dra av inköp av de inventarier som har ett anskaffningsvärde som är mindre än ett halvt prisbasbelopp (21 400 kronor för 2009). Det är en förenkling för främst enskilda näringsidkare och de mindre företagen, som får en väsentligt förbättrad möjlighet till omedelbart avdrag. Många kommer inte längre att behöva tillämpa reglerna om avskrivningar på inventarier.

Lagändringarna föreslås träda i kraft den 1 juli 2009, men får tillämpas på beskattningsår som påbörjas efter den 31 december 2008. Således får alla företag som har kalenderår som räkenskapsår tillämpa de nya reglerna under hela 2009.
