Vi har genomfört en undersökning från och med slutet av oktober år 2007 till och med sista november år 2007. Vår undersökning går ut på att vi vid ett visst datum antar att marknaden har satt rätt pris för aktien, detta blir kontrollvärdet, kontrollvärdet för aktiekursen ökar sedan med avkastningskravet och vi jämför det här kontrollvärdet med verklig aktiekurs.  Under testperioden får det inte ske några händelser som påverkar aktievärdet för ett företag, då en sådan här händelse inträffar så börjar mätningarna om och ett nytt kontrollvärde beräknas.  Om inga nyheter som påverkar aktievärdet inträffar så borde aktiekursen om marknaden har rätt endast stiga med avkastningskravet, vilket är väldigt små förändringar i aktiekursen. Kontrollvärdet anpassas kontinuerligt till räntenivån varför förändringar i räntenivån inte påverkar undersökningens giltighet.

I denna artikel testas några räntesamband för att få kunskap om huruvida ränta påverkar BNP-tillväxt och aktiekurstillväxt.Vi kommer att testa tre olika samband och har samlat in källdata från SCB när det gäller BNP-utvecklingen, Riksbanken när det gäller ränta och affärsvärlden när det gäller aktiekurstillväxt. För våra test har vi data uppdelad per år från och med år 1987 till och med 2006. Längre tillbaka än så har vi inte hittat några räntenoteringar.
