Småhuspriserna steg med drygt 1 procent på riksnivå mellan de två senaste tremånadersperioderna (maj 2011 – juli 2011 jämfört med februari 2011 – april 2011). Vid en jämförelse mellan den senaste tremånadersperioden (maj 2011 – juli 2011) och motsvarande period 2010 steg priserna med knappt 1 procent.

I 9 av 21 län redovisas stigande priser. Den största prisuppgången under den senaste tremånadersperioden redovisas i Dalarnas län med 7 procent, följt av Västerbottens län med 6 procent. Örebro och Jämtland är de län med den största prisnedgången, minus 3 procent. I Stor-Stockholm och Stor-Malmö steg priserna med 2 procent, medan de var oförändrade i Stor-Göteborg.

Småhuspriserna steg med nästan 1 procent på riksnivå mellan den senaste tremånadersperioden och motsvarande period ett år tidigare. I 11 av 21 län redovisas prisuppgångar. Norrbottens län redovisar den högsta procentuella ökningen för perioden, 7 procent, medan den största nedgången redovisas i Kronoberg och Örebro län, minus 3 procent. I storstadsregionerna varierar prisuppgångarna mellan 2 och 3 procent.

Det genomsnittliga priset för en småhusfastighet i landet under den senaste tremånadersperioden var 2 047 000 kronor.
