Småhuspriserna steg med 1% under Q3 2011

Under tredje kvartalet 2011, jämfört med andra kvartalet, steg småhuspriserna med nästan 1 procent på riksnivå. Vid jämförelse mellan det senaste kvartalet och motsvarande kvartal 2010 var ökningen nära 1 procent.

I 9 av 21 län redovisas stigande priser och i 8 län oförändrade priser. Den största prisuppgången under det senaste kvartalet redovisas i Gotlands län med 6 procent, följt av Norrbotten och Gävleborgs län med 3 procent. Blekinge är det län med den största prisnedgången, minus 4 procent.

I Stor-Stockholm var priserna oförändrade, medan de sjönk med nästan 1 procent i Stor-Göteborg och Stor-Malmö.

Senaste årets utveckling
Småhuspriserna steg med knappt 1 procent på riksnivå mellan tredje kvartalet 2011 och motsvarande kvartal ett år tidigare. I 11 av 21 län redovisas prisökningar. Norrbottens län noterar den högsta procentuella ökningen för perioden, 8 procent. Den största minskningen återfinns i Blekinge län, minus 3 procent. I Stor-Stockholm och Stor-Göteborg steg priserna mellan 1 och 2 procent medan de sjönk 1 procent i Stor-Malmö.

Medelpriset drygt 2 miljoner kronor
Det genomsnittliga priset för en småhusfastighet i landet var 2 049 000 kronor under tredje kvartalet 2011.
