System med personalliggare för byggbranschen utreds

En utredning tillsätts för att se över möjligheten att utvidga systemet med personalliggare till att även omfatta bygg- respektive tvätteribranschen.


I uppdraget ingår att utvärdera det nuvarande systemet med personalliggare för näringsidkare inom restaurang- och frisörbranschen. Utredningen ska också se över om de administrativa kostnaderna för såväl företagen som för Skatteverket kan minska samt undersöka om reglerna om sanktioner behöver justeras.

- Vi ska ha ett skattesystem där det är lätt att göra rätt och svårt att göra fel. Vi ska ha låga skatter och de ska betalas av alla, säger finansminister Anders Borg. Jur dr Lars Korsell tillsätts som utredare. Han är verksjurist och chef för enheten för forskning om ekonomisk och organiserad brottslighet vid Brottsförebyggande rådet (Brå).

Uppdraget ska redovisas senast den 30 september 2009.
