177 miljoner har hittills betalats ut avseende husavdrag

Sedan den 1 juli har Skatteverket betalat ut sammanlagt 177 miljoner kronor i skattereduktion för hushålls- och ROT-arbeten. Skatteverket har redan tagit emot fler än 26 000 ärenden. Men, många företag riskerar att få vänta på sina pengar eftersom ansökningarna är felaktigt ifyllda.

Den 1 juli infördes den nya fakturamodellen som innebär att skattereduktionen för husarbete (hushålls- och ROT-arbeten) dras av direkt på fakturan. Företaget som säljer tjänster ska sedan skicka in en ansökan om husavdrag till Skatteverket för att få tillbaka skattereduktionen.

- Det är jätteviktigt att företagen fyller i sina ansökningar rätt. Annars riskerar de att inte få sina pengar utbetalade i tid, säger Pia Blank Thörnroos, rättslig expert på Skatteverket.

Är bara ansökan korrekt ifylld betalar Skatteverket ut pengarna inom tio dagar till de företag som har skickat in en ansökan om preliminär skattereduktion för ROT- och hushållsarbete.

Om ansökan inte är fullständigt ifylld eller innehåller fel kan det ta längre tid eftersom en handläggare från Skatteverket måste kontakta företaget för att komplettera ansökan innan beloppet kan betalas ut.

- Vanliga fel är att kundernas personnummer inte stämmer eller att fastighetsbeteckning fattas på bostaden där arbetet har utförts. En hel del skickar in ansökan innan de fått betalt av kunden och många glömmer också att skriva under blanketten, säger Pia Blank Thörnroos.
