Småhuspriserna steg 4 % under juni-augusti år 2009

Småhuspriserna i landet fortsätter att stiga. Under den senaste tremånadersperioden (juni-augusti) har priserna stigit med drygt 4 procent jämfört med föregående tremånadersperiod (mars-maj). Huspriserna ligger dock fortfarande på en något lägre nivå än för ett år sedan. Nedgången jämfört med juni-augusti 2008 är knappt 1 procent.

Mellan de senaste tremånadersperioderna har priserna gått upp i samtliga län förutom i Dalarna där de varit oförändrade. I storstadsregionerna är prisuppgången 6 procent i Stor-Göteborg och 5 procent i Stor-Stockholm och Stor-Malmö.

Medelpriset över 1,9 miljoner
Genomsnittspriset för en småhusfastighet i landet har passerat 1,9 miljoner kronor för perioden juni-augusti. I Stor-Stockholm är snittpriset 3,5 miljoner, i Stor-Göteborg drygt 2,7 miljoner och i Stor-Malmö drygt 2,6 miljoner. Lägsta medelpriset har Norrbottens län med 897 000 kronor. Även i Gävleborg och Västernorrland kostar husen strax under miljonen i snitt.
