Småhuspriserna steg 7 % i årstakt under januari 2010

Priserna på småhus steg med 2 procent under november 2009 – januari 2010 jämfört med tremånadersperioden augusti – oktober 2009. Om vi blickar tillbaka ett år och jämför med perioden november 2008 – januari 2009 steg priserna med 7 procent på riksnivå.

De största prisuppgångarna under den senaste tremånadersperioden har skett i Jämtland, Västernorrland, Dalarna, Västmanland, Kronoberg och Stockholm. Priserna i dessa län gick upp mellan 4 till 5 procent. De sex län där huspriserna föll mest under samma period var Örebro, Värmland, Gotland, Kalmar, Jönköping och Södermanland, med prisnedgångar på mellan 1 till 3 procent. I samtliga storstadsregioner, Stor-Stockholm, Stor-Göteborg och Stor-Malmö, noterades stigande huspriser.

Prisuppgång i alla län på årsbasis
På årsbasis, november 2009 – januari 2010 jämfört med samma period ett år tidigare, har småhuspriserna i genomsnitt gått med upp 7 procent i riket. I alla landets 21 län noterades prisökningar. De län med de största prisuppgångarna är Jämtland och Gotland med 13 procent följt av Västernorrland och Dalarna med 10 procent.

Medelpriset närmar sig 2 miljoner
Genomsnittspriset för en småhusfastighet i landet låg på 1 954 000 kronor under perioden november 2009 – januari 2010.
