Småhuspriserna steg med 1 % under fjärde kvartalet år 2013

Priserna på småhus har stigit med 1 procent under fjärde kvartalet 2013 jämfört med det tredje. På årsbasis, senaste kvartalet jämfört med motsvarande kvartal ett år tidigare, har priserna stigit med nästan 4 procent.

Mellan de två senaste kvartalen redovisas stigande priser i 12 av 21 län, medan det i 4 län redovisas sjunkande priser. Den största prisökningen på länsnivå återfinns i Jämtlands län med 5 procent, följt av Norrbotten, Örebro och Västernorrlands län med 4 procent. Det län där priserna på småhus sjönk mest var Gotlands län med 5 procent, följt av Kronobergs län med 2 procent. I storstadsregionerna Stor-Stockholm och Stor-Malmö steg priserna med 1 procent, medan priserna i Stor-Göteborg var oförändrade.

På årsbasis, fjärde kvartalet 2013 jämfört med motsvarande kvartal ett år tidigare, har priserna stigit med nästan 4 procent. I 19 av 21 län steg priserna på småhus. Den största prisuppgången redovisas i Norrbottens län med 8 procent, följt av Västernorrland med 7 procent. Endast två län redovisar sjunkande priser, Värmlands och Gotlands län med 1 procent. I storstadsregionerna Stor-Malmö, Stor-Stockholm och Stor-Göteborg steg priserna mellan 3 och 5 procent.

Det genomsnittliga priset för ett småhus i landet var nästan 2,2 miljoner kronor under fjärde kvartalet 2013. I storstadsregionerna spänner det genomsnittliga priset från nästan 2,8 miljoner kronor i Stor-Malmö till nästan 4 miljoner i Stor-Stockholm.
