Fastighetsverket utlovar bättring vid upphandling

Fastighetsverket ska bli bättre på att göra upphandlingar. Den avsiktsförklaringen har Konkurrensverket fått i samband med en granskning om Statens fastighetsverk har agerat i strid med upphandlingsreglerna.


Med anledning av en skrivelse från Konkurrenskommissionen har Konkurrensverket följt Fastighetsverkets annonsering vid urvalsupphandlingar och selektiva upphandlingar under april-juni 2008. Granskningen har gällt om urvalskriterier har angetts när man bjudit in leverantörer att komma in med intresseanmälan för att lämna anbud. Slutsatsen är att relevanta urvalskriterier inte har angetts i samtliga annonser.

Den tillförordnade generaldirektören för Fastighetsverket har uppgett till Konkurrensverket att man nu har genomfört en utbildningsverksamhet där alla som kommer i kontakt med upphandlingsverksamheten har deltagit. Konkurrensverket har därför beslutat att inte ansöka om förbud enligt lagen om ingripande mot otillbörligt beteende vid offentlig upphandling.
